Duo No Baka
A/N: My 1st non-poem Gundam fic. Written in math class. >.<
[Open on the pilots at a Safehouse. Everyone except Duo are playing cards. The braided pilot is sitting on the table, swinging his legs.]
Duo: I'm bored guys.
Heero: You're always bored.
Quatre: Why don't you play cards with us?
Duo: [smirks] Can we play strip poker?
[Quatre turns an interesting shade of pink. Heero gives Duo a death-glare, Wufei nosebleeds, and Trowa looks anoyed.]
Duo: You guys are no fun.
[He jumps off the table and runs into the living room, where he had set up a mini-boombox earlier. He picks a random CD and sticks it in. Everyone else enters curiously.]
Trowa: What are you doing?
Duo: Finding something to do.
Wufei: Duo no baka.
[The brunette smirks at his friend. Music begins and Duo starts to sing:]
Duo: 'Gundam' this, and fight Oz thatBut they can't stop me from playingHeero's giving death-glares and Wufei's gone phycho'Cause I don't care what they're sayin'!
[heero shoots Duo a Super Death-Glare (tm) and Wufei scowls. Quatre starts laughing and Trowa raises an eyebrow. Duo continues, smirking more, if possible.]
They complian,'Cause I go insaneI just wanna have some fun!
All I hear-'Duo no baka'All I hear-'Duo no baka'Ba-a-ka!
Mission time, a war to fightThis work is driving me crazyQuatre, Trowa, get off my backI'm just bored, I'm not lazy!
Blast one, two, three,Soon we'll be freeAnd back to just having fun
All I hear-'Duo no baka'All I hear- 'Duo no baka'Ba-a-ka!
[Duo turns and jumps in the other pilot's faces.]
Don't you know you talk too much?Don't you know you're out of touch?Shinigami's gotta runGonna die without some funCan't you see I'm being me?Don't talk immaturityI don't care who you areThere's more to life than playing cards!
[Quatre falls on the floor laughing, and Trowa smiles. Wufei and the Prefect Soldier are still not amused.]
All I hear- 'Duo no baka'All I hear-'Duo no baka'
Don't you know you talk too much?Dissin' my ideas and suchWhere to go, what to doI should be the one to chooseYou didn't come to play with me?Then why don't you just let me be?Appreciate my honesty!
[Music ends, and Duo looks at the others. They all smirk and shout right in poor Shinigami's face:]
All: DUO NO BAKA!!!!
