DIARY ONE:
EVERYONE NEEDS A BREAK
"Oi, Makino-san," Tsuna called out in a bored tone, his arms dangling on either side of his desk in the empty classroom as he put his chin on the desk, staring at you. You eyed him from behind your History textbook, raising an eyebrow as you did so.
"Yup, Sawada-san?" you asked, lowering your textbook from your face to get closer a clearer view of him. He was looking rather drenched today, and he was still sweating from running too much, probably because Reborn had chased him all the way from his house to school with a terrifying-sized gun... *sweatdrop*
"Can we walk home together after school today? I need to take a break from that bowler-hat, one-year-old baby," he said, his right eyebrow twitching rather rapidly upon mentioning about Reborn, probably because he was still irritated that the baby had tried to shot his life out. You merely laughed and sweatdropped at the thought.
"Well… I… umm… sure!" you answered with a sincere smile on your face, trying to cheer him up. He seemed to catch your message as he smiled back, a little weakly but still smiling. "Everyone needs break after a loooooong day!" you added, now flipping through the pages of your textbook, looking very radiant. Glad at your distraction, Tsuna slowly stood up and…
"UMMPHH!"
He caught you by surprise, grabbing both your shoulders and faced your face with his as he quickly gave you a quick kiss. You was surprised at this for a while before you finally melted in his embrace, wrapping your arms around his neck for a better support. He wrapped his arms around your waist as a response. When you both finally broke away for air, you watched his glazed eyes as you laughed, pulling yourself away from his embrace, causing him to blink in shock. You quickly ran out of the classroom, yelling at him as you did so:
"Everyone needs a break from that, too!"
