My Rose
Summary: Rose knows something is up finding Jack on his knee with a toy ring in his hand grinning cheekily.

Glancing around as candles lit up the living room of their small apartment, Rose wonder where Jack disappear off to. He helps the transition of the rich girl into a normal girl living an everyday life to be cherished after almost losing Jack during the sinking of the Titanic. He makes her happier with his laugh and smile. He turns out to love a good laugh and will play light pranks on her.
At first she thought it is childish but its Jack. Her Jack. She smiles thinking of him. She lifts a hand lightly touching a small barely noticeable bump. She wonders for a moment of children. He seems to enjoy playing with a neighbor's little boy and girl when they come over at times. He would be a wonderful father. She worries of how much she might not be a good mother. She shakes her head to get rid of such thoughts while going farther into the room.
Her heart hitches in her throat at the sight before her. Rose knows Jack is up to something really important especially with him on one knee holding a toy ring.
"My Rose I love you," he begins as her heart skips a beat and cheeks flush at the love in his eyes. "Please…"
He coughs with embarrassment and flushes.
"Wrong one," he grumbles pulling out a box from his pocket revealing a white gold band with dark blue gem surrounded by couple smaller diamonds. "Please become my wife. You made me a better man from the moment I first meet you. You are my world my sweet Rose."
"Yes," Rose breathes as Jack takers her hand putting the engagement ring on her finger before bringing her into a kiss. "It is the three of us."
"Three of us?" Jack stares wide eye as Rose takes his hand placing it on her stomach.
He stares a few minutes to take it in before he sweeps her up in his arms twirling her around the room. Life is perfect. She laughs. Both are looking forward for the new life together and a child that will come along for the ride.
