Larry walked into the bar at the NCR Outpost near the town of Primm. He entered the bar and sat down by this girl who was wearing a cowboy hat. He ordered beer and he looked to the girl beside him she was looking down at the glass of whiskey she was drinking. The bartender brought the beer to Larry and he took a couple of sips. The girl beside him took a sip of her whiskey and continued to look down. Larry debated with himself to ask her what was wrong because something was clearly wrong. After a couple of minutes of thinking he decided to ask her. "What's wrong?" asked Larry.
The girl looked up and looked around and said "Are you talking to me?". "Yes" said Larry. The girl had a confused look on her face. "Nothing and why do you care" said the girl. "Come on you can tell me I can tell by your face that something is wrong" said Larry. "Well if you really want to know I'm a caravan driver and my caravan got attacked and they killed everyone" said the girl. "I can't believe that their all dead" continued the girl. "I know how you feel" said Larry. "No you don't" said the girl. "Well what are you going to do now that you have nothing to do?" asked Larry. "I don't know maybe explore the wasteland" said the girl. "Well if you want to explore you can come with me" said Larry. "Thanks for the offer but I'm going to have to decline" said the girl. "That's too bad" said Larry. Larry finished his beer and got up. He paid for his beer and the girl's whiskey.
Larry started to walk down the hill past the statues of the two people that were shaking hands. He paused for a couple of minutes and looked up at them. Just then the girl from the bar came running to him. "Actually I change my mind I want to join you" said the girl. "Okay but I got to go to New Vegas to get something from my house" said Larry. "You have a house in New Vegas?" said the girl. "Yeah and by the way what is your name?" asked Larry. "The names Cass" said the girl. "My name is Larry" said Larry.
Cass and Larry started to walk past the statues and down a road full of wrecked vehicles. They walked past a semi-truck and a trailer when they heard a weeping noise coming from the trailer. "Wait here" Larry told Cass. Larry crept towards the trailer and pulled his 9mm pistol out. The trailer was empty but he could see a figure in the back. The figure looked like a small girl around the age of 7 or 8. Larry put his gun away and climbed into the trailer and walked towards the girl. He turned his pip-boy's flash light on and the girl appeared. She had light brown hair, tanned skin, and she was really skinny. She had a dress made out of some rags. "Hello little girl my name is Larry" said Larry. The girl looked up she had big brown eyes she was crying because Larry could see the tears. He pulled out some chocolate and offered her some. She inspected it and took some. "Follow me" Larry said to the girl and Larry walked out of the trailer. Cass was still waiting and then she saw Larry and a little girl come out from the trailer. "Who's she?" asked Cass. "Do you have a name?" asked Larry. "Megan" said the girl she said it so quietly that Larry had to ask her again. "Megan my name is Megan" said the girl this time a little bit louder.
