Have you ever been in love with your best friend? Your best friend who just so happens to love someone else. Have you ever felt like there was no hope for yourself? That there was no point anymore. Have you ever thought about how your future with your love? Then snapped out of it realizing that it was never going to happen.
Have you ever doubted love. Doubted that you'll ever find someone as perfect as your best friend. Have you ever sat in your room listening to very depressing songs. Then realized it's falling in love for a reason. Because you can't force yourself or someone else to love, it happens over time.
Have you ever told your best friend that you loved them? But didn't get rejected, just an answer you didn't expect. Have you ever felt good about the response? So good that you didn't think over the multiple meanings. Have you ever felt like you screwed up your close bond with your best friend? Yet everything's find the next day.
Have you ever found yourself thinking about your best friend? Thinking about them so much that you can't concentrate on anything else but your thoughts. Have you ever realized that even though you are crazy in love with your best friend that it was for the best you stayed best friends. That maybe over time they could possibly love you back.
Anything is possible even if there is a smaller change things go right. Have you ever thought about that? Of course you are! You're thinking about your best friend. Thinking about the sight chance you have with him/her. But have you ever thought about how much you think about them?
Even if the answer to most of these questions are no…don't be afraid to love and to admit it. Because rejections are just one way of saying that that person wasn't right for you. And if you're not rejected, well, hope things go well for the both of you. Will you ever think about that?
