This is a one shot on Jack's thoughts on the phrase "silent as the grave" enjoy and as always please review.
"You will then spend the rest of the voyage contemplating all possible meanings of the phrase silent as the grave do I make myself clear?"
"Inescapably clear…"
Jack never was one to follow orders especially not those given from the British Navy but for Jack this phrase only had one meaning so he wasn't really following Norrington's order was he? Norrington's order was to consider more than one meaning to the phrase silent as the grave but to Jack it only held one meaning so by default he was in some respects carrying out Norrington's request but at the same time defying it the realisation of this was enough to cause a smile to grace the Captain's lips.
Captain Jack Sparrow the fun loving rogue who didn't care what anyone thought of him and had the ability to run between the raindrops had a reputation he had to adhere to. He liked to claim to be a total free spirit but it was the many stories and rumours surrounding his name that acted as an invisible restraint he saw no escape from.
There were things that were expected of him and things that were not and he knew he had to remain within these boundaries while claiming to be uncaring towards anyone's thoughts as he did what he pleased, when he pleased.
He remembered the hot breath against his skin as his rough hard worked hands scoped his body with a growing intensity. The kiss tasted of salt and rum it was a tangy tasted he craved and relished as their tongues brushed together with a deep want. Nothing felt better than the feel of his firm body against his as their bodies intertwined and their errections throbbed as they moved together with the gentle rock of the ship.
No one, especially not the crew could know about their relationship. They both knew it was too strong what they felt for each other for it to be kept hidden. The reason for the mutiny was to do with the location of treasure but as Captain Jack Sparrow had said himself with a hidden sorrow and regret "not all treasure is silver and gold…" They both had reputations to uphold that was why the relationship and feeling he had for Hector Barbossa his mutinous first mate had to remain silent as the grave.
