Disclaimer: I own nothing, everything (including my inspiration) came from the amazing Stephenie Meyer!
Dead, I laid on the hard metal floor, cold and dead, yet burning on the inside
I was dead but not completely, the last bit of life was being burned away by the toxic
venom, inside of me.
"Why do you want Alice? What did she ever do to you?" I heard a man yell.
"Her blood sang for me, now that you ruined that, I think I'd rather take you instead."
Another mans voice yelled from across the room.
The room fell silent, I opened my eyes, darkness surrounded me, but I could still see. I stood up on my feet, then suddenly realized I wasn't breathing, I placed my hand on my chest to feel no heartbeat. I wasn't breathing because there was no need to.
Where am I? How did I get here? Who were they?
I looked at my hands, they were pale, very pale, like almost transparent, along with the rest of my body. I didn't look right, but then again, what did right look like. I started to smell and unbelievably good smell, then I realized I was thirsty. I looked around to see a door, I ran to it. The speed was amazing, faster than I've ever felt before. I opened The door to find a larger room with a large window. I opened the window and jumped out of it. I expected the landing to hurt, but I didn't feel a thing. Not knowing where I'm at, I Started running toward the sound of water. I found a river in the forest, which I heard from the building. I looked down to the water to see myself, a pale figure, with short, black, spiky hair and pitch black eyes.
Have I always looked like this?
I bent down and spooned some water in my mouth with my hands.
"Gross" I said out loud. This is not what I wanted.
I sat down and just stared into the slow moving river. Wondering about how things got to be the way they are. I saw some deer, a few feet away drinking from the river. Without even thinking or making since of what I was doing, I stood up and ran at the deer. I lunged at it, knocking it over, and then I dug my teeth into its neck, sucking the blood out of it.
Oh my gosh, what the crap did I just do!?
I still wanted more, but I jumped off the lifeless deer. I was covered in blood, but I liked it, the sweet smell and amazing taste. I went in the river and rinsed the blood off of me. I remembered hearing stories about blood drinkers, vampires is the name they used.
Am I a vampire? Have I always been? This seems so new, why can't I remember?
I sat down to think some more when morning came, the sun rose and I started to glow, like sparkle.
This must be one of the vampire things...
Some more deer came down to the river to drink, and I killed two more. Then my mind went blank, I was having a vision, I remember having those. In my vision I saw the most beautiful being I have ever seen. A man, who was obviously a vampire also. He had pitch black eyes And light blond hair, that went down an inch above his shoulders. His skin was a pale as mine,he looked like an angel. His perfectly shaped face was beautiful as were his lovely pink lips. He looked confused, as if he were looking for something or possibly even someone.
"Jasper?" A female voice called.
"Yes ma'am?" He answered politely.
"We should go now, it will be dark soon," the female replied back.
My vision then faded back into reality and right then I knew Jasper and I were meant to be.
