Tohru smiled as she watched her children running round. They went back and forth from the bouncy castle, always wanting to be carried so that their feet didn't get wet. Her husband stood and watched, turning the sausages on the barbecue now and again.
He couldn't wait to lift his little girl; he could carry Tasuku fine, but when it came to Ichigo, she ended up carrying him!
Whenever he embraced anyone of the opposite sex he transformed into the Zodiac animal spirit he was cursed with.
As he stood and watched the children playing, he felt a tear fall down his cheek. He felt free yet cold and alone all of a sudden. His cousin came in through the door holding a child of his own. These two had fought a never endeing battle when they were young, but accepted their differences when Tohru chose her man.
"The curse was finally lifted. Can you feel it?"
"Yeah . . . yeah I can" he smiled and embraced his little girl. Nothing in the world could have made him happier.
"Daddy? Why don't you turn into a cat anymore?" Ichigo had and expression of delight and amazement.
