"I wonder if he's even home." Said Mac
"Well we'll see. Though it looks like it there's a car in the drive way." Replied Harm
They pulled into in to the drive way of their former boss, Admiral A.J. Chegwidden, although he wasn't an Admiral any more having retired from the navy a year earlier.
Harm knocked on the door and stepped back next to his fiancé.
"Harm! Mac!" Exclaimed the former Admiral when he opened the door
"Hello Sir." Said Harm smiling
"I'm not in the navy any more Commander call me A.J. Colonel how are you?" replied A.J. motioning them into his home.
"I'm fine thank you." Replied Mac surprised at the man she once knew as some one who would hate for her and Harm to show up unannounced.
"Oh and its Captain now A.J." said harm as they stood in the ling room.
"Captain! Well congratulations."
"Thanks." Replied Harm eager to get to the point of the visit.
"Well what can I do for you both." Asked A.J. smiling
"Um well A.J." said Mac, "We're her to personally give you our," she paused, "Wedding invitation."
A.J. Chegwidden's face became very serious, "What the hell took you so long?"
Harm and Mac looked at each other then back and A.J.
"Just kidding." He said arms open and a smile on his face, "But it did take you… what is it eight years."
They all laughed
"So let's have a look shall we." Said A.J. looking down at the invitation, "England!"
"Yes." Said Mac, "Harm's been reassigned and I am resigning my commission."
"Well this is interesting." Said A.J. "I leave and you all decide to come to your senses."
Mac laughed then said, "There is one more thing."
A.J. looked up.
"Would you come and walk me down the isle."
"Well of course I will only this time Captain don't crash a plane in the ocean."
"Will do Sir." Replied Harm
A.J. gave him a look. And they all laughed
Yeah Yeah Yeah I know it stunk but when I thought out it I laughed so I had to write it. Oh yeah and yes I know the writing sucked but its just for fun.
