A girl with golden blonde locks and sky blue eyes shifted on the ground as she slowly started to wake up. She groaned as she sat up and felt a sharp throbbing in her head. She felt herself shudder and pushed a table slightly away from her, a loud screeching noise coming from the feet skidding across the floor. She hissed at the table, demanding it be quiet and let her head stop throbbing. She looked around the room, not recognizing a single detail of the room she was in. Where was she? Why was she here? And finally, why couldn't she remember how her hair got so short? Wait was it ever long? She rubbed her head and winced as that seemed to make the pain worse.

Wait a minute. She quickly pulled her hand from her head to see the dark crimson liquid no one ever really looks forward to. At least she thought no one looks forward to it. It was coating her palm, the dark red blaring at her. It seemed to be telling her that something was terribly wrong and that she should scream. She didn't want to until she felt something roll down her forehead and to her cheek, her eyes once again catching that crimson red. Since she didn't know what to do, she did what her mind wanted her to. She screamed.

She screamed as loud as possible which she sort of regretted because her head. She scrambled pack, starting to hiccup up sobs of fear and dread. She was scared. She was so scared. When her back hit the wall she screamed again. This time it was from pain, as she also hit that throbbing area on the side of her head. She sobbed loudly and grabbed her arms and drew her knees to her chest, eyes wide and terrified.

About five minutes after she screamed, a woman burst through the door. The part of blonde's mind that wasn't screaming told her that the person was rather pretty. But she didn't want to listen to that part. She wanted to sit and panic with the rest of her mind. The other was very tall, extremely tall. She had long almost silver hair that complimented her bright violet eyes and surprisingly big nose. She had rosy cheeks and a slightly pink nose, which made her look just adorable. But the blonde didn't focus on that, she was too busy focusing on how she didn't know this strange woman, how she didn't even know who she herself was.

"Melya! Why are you screaming...Amelia, what happened?" the woman trailed off, her eyes widening at the blood clotting up on the side of the other's head. Her blonde hair plastered to the side of her head and caked with dried and still wet blood. "Melya..." she whispered, stepping forward and reaching out to tough the others head and wipe some of the blood that had managed to spread to her face away. The blonde recoiled from her touch, body shaking and eyes wide with fear and confusion.

"Who are you?! Where am I?!" she wanted it to come out demanding and cool, but it came out scared and shaky.

"Melya..." the other woman whispered. Her knees began to wobble before she fell to them. "Amelia. Please, do one thing for me. Tell me your parents' names." she said softly, eyes wide with sadness, fear, and maybe the tiniest bit of hope.

"I...I don't know." the blonde admitted softly, her eyes began watering. The woman caved at those words and clinged to Amelia, sobbing into her shoulder. The blonde sobbed with her.
