CHOICES
Calleigh woke up one morning and looked at her clock. "Five a.m." she stated to herself.
Usually when Calleigh woke up on a work day. She was ecstatic. She couldn't wait to get into the lab, she her colleagues, head down to ballistics and go into the firing range to practise.
Today all she wanted to do was stay in bed or go back to Louisiana or just go to the lab, straight to ballistics and stay there for the rest of the day, not seeing Ryan or Horatio or Delko or Natalia.
She can't remember much from the night before. All she can remember is kissing, a lot of kissing. First Horatio for a very, very long time, then Ryan, for just as long.
This wasn't the first time she messed up like that. When she was in college, she used to go loads of parties and ended up kissing her then boyfriend, Jake Berkeley, and then kissing a senior she never met before right in front of him. That ended their relationship and Calleigh swore never to do anything like that again.
She decided she had to face the music and hopefully they would realise she was a bit drunk and they meant nothing.
She got up, had breakfast, had a shower, tied her hair back into a ponytail and wore a grey simple suit with white blouse, the top unbuttoned and went to the lab.
When she parked her car, she saw that both Horatio and Ryan were already there. She let out a deep sigh and walked in. The thing that creeped her out wasn't her kiss with Ryan or Horatio but her dreams about Delko. She walked to the elevator and met Delko. They said their hellos and hopped on. They talked and when the elevator stopped Delko walked out and Calleigh was smiling, but it faltered when she saw Horatio and Ryan in the break room together, staring at each other. She managed to dodge them and head down to ballistics. She spent the whole day in Ballistics managing to avoid Horatio and Ryan until she was ready to go. They stood in the door way blocking her exit.
"Calliegh you need to make a choice," Horatio said looking at Calliegh.
She looked at both of them and said, " I have." Eric walked in
"Ready to go?" He asked not noticing he interrupted something.
" Uh huh." They linked arms. Ryan and horatio stood watching knowing everything would be alright between them all.
