'RINGGG! RINGGG!'

'Huff, finally! I thought world history wasn't going to end!' I thought to myself. World history wasn't my best subject. I just didn't like to know about past and stuff. It's soooo boring.

"Ok kids. Next week you'll have to make a history report. It's about the world war."

'What?! I can't believe it? I don't know nothing about history!'

That assignment totally ruins my mood. I walked grumpily out of the school. Then something made me happy. Jacob. He was leaning over his car and arms fold. I smiled, he smiled too. Once I reached my destination (which was his arms) I frowned. This didn't get passed by him.

"What's wrong Ness?" he asked while we climbed in to his car, then we drove off.

"I have this history assignment. I'm supposed to make a report about the world war. But I'm not good at history. I don't know what to do."

"Why don't you like history?"

"I don't know. It's just boring."

He thought about this, and then a smile lit his face.

"What?" I asked him.

"Well I would teach you, but I'm good at history myself."

"Ok. That doesn't help me at all."

He laughed lightly.

"Don't worry Ness. Knowing you, I bet you will get a perfect score."

"How's that even possible?"

"Let me finish. I don't anything about the past of war. But then again, you're a Cullen remember? Your family members lived at that time. They saw the war first hand. They obviously will tell you every detail of the war."

"Oh my God! Your right! Jacob you're a genius!" I said then kissed him on the lips. A reward. But then he broke the kiss quickly.

"What's wrong?" I asked confused.

"Ness, I'm driving here. I still need to keep my eyes on the road. You could thank me later." He winked.

I blushed then nodded.

We parked at front of my house. Aunt Alice was the first one that greeted us.

"Hey you guys. I guess you want to know about the war huh? Well come on in everyone's here."

Aunt Alice wrapped her arms around my shoulders. Jacob towed along behind us. Like Aunt Alice had said, everyone was there at the living room. I sat at the sofa. Jacob sat beside me. Grandpa was the first to talk.

"So Nessie, where would you like to start?"

"Well I don't know bout nothing. So anywhere would be fine."

Then they all started talking on there own version of the war at their time. Uncle Jasper was the one who provide the most information. He seemed to do a lot when he was a soldier. Cause he knew so much! I was fascinated, despite my hatred for listening to history, this was very fun. I was amazed. Maybe cause it was from my family. My mom and Jacob listened. Fascinated like me I guessed. Even though my mom is a vampire, she wasn't born at the war era, so she enjoyed the story as much as I do.

I got as must information I could get. Too much maybe. Jacob helped organized my report. It was nice of him. I really should thank him. After all it was his plan to ask my family about this.

My report was done. I was pleased with myself and happy.

The teacher looked at my report and was fascinated.

"Oh my Nessie! This is amazing! It's like you've seen the war first handed!"

"Well not directly." I muttered to myself.

"What was that?"

"Nothing sir!"

"My Nessie! You get an A+ for this!"

"Thanks sir!"

I skipped happily. Jacob came and picked me up again. He notices my happy mood.

"So, how was your report?"

"I got an A+!"

"Really?"

"Yeah, thanks Jake. I really owe you."

"Hmmm yes you do. So what are you going to do?"

"Hmmmm why don't we hang out at La Push?"

He laughed.

"Sure, why not."

And with that we droved off.
