Until Ino appears "Can't think of a gift huh? Lover boy?" She teased him
"Huh? What are you saying I'm not planning on giving Sakura a gift!" he yelled while blushing crimson red.
"Oh yeah then why are you blushing?" Ino teased him again.
"I'm not a blushing!" He denied
"Okay I'll go ahead! Bye lover boy!" She bid her goodbye for the last time she mess around
"Ino wait! I'm going to ask you something?"
"Huh what's it?"
"Umm... What's a perfect gift for Sakura?"
"Aha! Told yah! You're looking for a gift for her!"
"Yeah okay i'm busted so what is it?"
"Hmm… how about roses?"
"Too common"
"Chocolates?"
"Too sweet"
"?" Ino sweat drop "hmm how about a kiss?"
Sasuke's eyes widen "but I don't know how to kiss."
"hahaha the ha heartthrob haha of kono- haha ha don't know how to kiss a hahaha girl."
Sasuke blushed and activate his sharingan Ino stopped laughing but giggle
"Okay that's easy just closed your eyes, yeah that's it, then pouted a little yeah and come closer until your lips will touched." Sasuke do what Ino tells her and kiss Ino.
Unluckily Sakura saw this and dropped the books she was carrying awhile ago
Sasuke's eyes widens after he saw Sakura was standing there in front of them. Ino's eyes widen too.
Sakura ran to the road, Sasuke ran after her but he can't catch her
Sakura turn around she saw a car moving fast into her, until her vision turns black
Car hit her and her head was covered with blood.
Sasuke's widen after the accident then run to her. Her pulse was slow he heard her say that she loves him.
Sasuke cried and carry Sakura to the hospital.
At the Hospital
After 2 weeks
Sakura's head has bandage and now sleeping peacefully. When…

Sakura's finger move slightly, Sasuke was to busy crying he didn't notice it
"Sa-sa-suke…" Sasuke's head look up and cried harder when he saw Sakura waking up. After two weeks of not waking up Sasuke was terribly nervous the she's gonna sleep forever
"Sasuke why are you crying?" she tilted her head and hold his hand
"Nothing it's just that I Love You" he said with smile Sakura was shock but smiled
"I Love you too!!!" then she hugged him tightly "just promise me don't practice kissing with someone!?"
Sasuke let out a laugh "promise" then smiled
"Promised?" Sakura asked
