Ch. 1 mission start.
Naruto's POV.
The raven haired boy was being so…impeccable! Why was it every time he tried to save him in return, that he would get mad? He was so frustrating!
I sighed and flopped back on my bed. The only other thing to sit on besides chairs in the next room. The dinning/living room and kitchen. The bathroom (thankfully) separate and his own.
I sighed at the ceiling thinking about Sasuke. How his dark hair seemed blue and not black. His eyes just the same. Dark, cold, and blank of any real emotions.
I didn't realize I was drooling until I heard a loud knock at the door. I wiped the drool away on my orange sleeves and walked to the door.
"Dobe, have you forgotten about the mission today?"
Sasuke's POV.
That lousy fox has forgotten already! It's only been one day and he's hours late.
I snarled to myself and banged on the door belonging to the dobes' pathetic place to live. How did I even get myself into this situation? Ugh! Now I remember! It's all Kakashi-sensei's' fault. That lazy perv.
*Flashback*
A flash of pink flew by as I jumped free branch to branch. Just about to take another step forward, I take it back. A kunai 'thumped' into the tree, inches from my face.
I looked from the kunai to the person who through it. A flash of pink again.
I growled and landed on the ground, kunai in hand. Sakura stood in an opening field not far away, I slowly walked over to the pink hair nin. Kakashi was there soon by her side, in the blink of an eye.
I sighed and walked over standing in front of them. "So there's the mission to day…and you need to go get Naruto." The clone nin said, crossing his arms.
"Why do I have to get the dobe?" I asked, putting my kunai away, trying to keep a blank expression.
"Cause you're his team mate and Sakura would break down the door just trying to get in."
I growled, shoving my hands into my pockets. "Fine. I'll get the stupide dobe," I snarled.
*end flashback*
"Dobe, have you forgotten about the mission today?" Sasuke said, seeming to be mad but his face loked bored.
Naruto yawned and scratched his head. "No. I haven't forgotten." He turned and went for his bedroom.
Sasuke let out a 'hn' in response and fallowed him in, hands back in his pockets. He stood in the door way watching him.
Naruto picked up his bag and stared and Sasuke. After a minute or so, he linked his hands behind his head and smiled his goofy smile. "Well, guess we better get going then. Huh, teme? Don't want to be any later."
The raven 'hn'd and turned and walked out of the small apartment complex. Walking down the Konaha's dirt streets, the fox not far behind.
