hello everyone! Oh hey look it's my first published fic of 2013! yay! -throws confetti- Haha it's been a while since I last posted. I was really busy recently. So over December last year, I watched a few movies, and I got inspired to write a multi-chapter fic. I'm not very sure when I'll post it, cause I'm not done with it, but just keep your eyes open for it okay? (:

Three Words, Eight Letters
She stood on the balcony, her hazel eyes unreadable. She laughed at the ridiculousness of it all — her dressed to the nines when she wasn't having fun at the ball at all. Footsteps echoed throughout the quiet atmosphere. The blonde didn't need to turn around to know who it was.
"Jack, aren't you done trying to destroy my night? Haven't you done enough damage to my heart?" She remarked bitterly.
"Look Kim, I shouldn't have abandoned you, you know I made the wrong decision, and distanced myself from you all summer." He took her hand in his.
"And?" The blonde questioned.
"I was scared, scared that if we spent the whole summer together just us, I..." The brunet mumbled, "Please don't leave me."
"Why shouldn't I?" She paused, "Give me a reason, and I'm Jack Brewer doesn't count."
"Cause you don't want to." Kim sighed, and shook her head, "Not good enough."
"I don't want you to." He begged.
"It's not good enough." Sadness was evident in her voice.
"What else is there?" They were less than an inch apart, any closer and their lips would've touched.
"The true reason I should stay right where I am, and not leave. Three words, eight letters, say it and I'm yours." She spoke, hesitantly, afraid of the response she would get.
"I...I..." He stood, speechless, staring into a pair of eyes that
"Thank you." She broke out of his grasp, her words came out as whispers. "That's all I needed to hear."
Soon, Jack was staring at Kim's fading silhouette, as she walked into the distance, her heart shattering with each step she took.
