Why is Kai so emotionless? - (Kai's POV)
Yeah, I hear them all the time talking about me. Most of the time they just complaining about the training but today they brought up something. Why is Kai so emotionless? There are some other words like Cold-hearted and nasty, but that one can be answered.
Some people think its to do with my past, my Grandfather killed my mum and dad or my Mum was a druggie and my Dad abused me, they change. Some things I heard was that my Grandfather brainwashed me to make me become his puppet. No, none of them are right but most of them happened. I'm not that easy to break.
Yeah, I bet your thinking the poor little two toned teen is going to tell you a little sad story, again involving my mum and dad but in a different way. No . . . your not even close.
I bet you haven't heard of a `Lapis Lazuli`.

No I'm not a mind reader but I know what you're thinking. What the hell has a crystal to do with me being emotionless?
The stone is a light blue stone; it can be dark it depends. Inside the crystal is white lighting, trapped. When you let light on it you can see it flash, when its dark you can see it glow.
No, it isn't a cheap mood stone. My mum gave it to me when I was young, on my 6th birthday. I didn't know what it was but I kept it and something amazing happened (No! He didn't start flying like Peter Pan!).
Everytime my Grandfather hit me I would rub it, the crystal was suppose to help you so you can come over any negative emotions. Like pain.
I started to believe that everyone was like my Grandfather, so I started to ignore everyone, I wouldn't cry when he hit me hard.
The stone didn't let me heal but it let me overcome them, I didn't need friends the stone was my friend.
I still have the stone and still use it.
Why did I go to black Dranzer?
The stone was like a mobile phone, it needed to be charged. No you can't go to the nearest supermarket and go over and see `Stone chargers, half price! `. It takes along time to charge it, you can only actually charge it on a full moon and I didn't want to be caught outside at night with a stone and some sand. They would probably bombard me with question, I would ignore, and then Tyson will tease me saying that it was a lucky charm.
I didn't charge it and that's when Boris got through me and then I came to black Dranzer.
That's why I don't let anyway look through my personal stuff.
That's why I get early, to collect the stone.
That's why I'm so emotionless.
And why am I so good at Beyblading. . . well that's another stone.
