Right. So.
This was originally a 6k+ word one-shot, but it's not finished yet. Unfortunately. So. Instead of waiting until I'm done to post it, I'll just post a snippet of it for now. When I finish it, I might post it as a separate one-shot.
So this is for Yullen Week, and I've already missed the deadline for this, but whatever. D: I'll probably be posting all of them late. Makes me sad, but at least I'm post them. Ugh.
Theme: Seasonal. Translation: Winter. Further translation: snow. Even further: pure, white, and.. something else I can't place.
This is just a sonnet, Shakespearian style, because that's the only kind of sonnet I can write. 8D Three quatrains, a couplet, and yeah. The poem itself doesn't make much sense unless it's in context so... yeah.. just enjoy this, for now.
Disclaimer: Uh. I don't own DGM. But I do own this poem, because I wrote it. Haha, take that, copyrights. This is mine. 8D
In case you can't tell, the ones being talked about in the poem are Allen and Kanda, because this is a Yullen thing. Yeah. Enjoy.

Angels of Snow
-*-
I saw them dancing in the glacier fields,
One white, one dark, but both so pure, combined.
A warrior one was, the sword he wields,
And then the other, angelic in my mind.
-*-
A saint he was, and told me, touched with grief,
A tale, a story of forbidden love,
Where death soon took their life, however brief,
And neither knew that God watched, high above.
-*-
Unmarred by loss, perfect, and still in whole,
They lived the years in cold and ice and snow,
And if I could, I'd give my heart and soul
To free them from eternal winter woe.
-*-
But as they've breathed their last and soon became
Angels of snow, their lives will not reclaim.
