Don't Beat Yourself Up:
Chad Dylan Cooper had a problem. Said problem was having a fine time eating yogurt with a dreamy expression on her face. That expression only meant one thing. Boys. Oh yes being the boy every girl would swoon over did have it's perks. Especially if the girl you were in love with swooned. But she didn't and that was Chad's problem. His most recent problem was to try and figure out as to why Sonny Munroe had no intention to kiss him senseless. But there she sat with a dreamy, boy related, expression on her face.
"So Sonny who's the lucky guy," Chad asked taking a seat.
"Ya," Sonny replied not noticing him there.
"Sonny. Sonny are you awake. SONNY," Chad yelled causing everyone in the cafeteria to look at him and for Sonny to snap out of her trance.
"What Chad," Sonny hissed blushing when she noticed that everyone was looking at them.
"Chill Sonny. I just wanted to ask as to why you had a dreamy "boy expression" on your face," Chad said casually.
"I don't have a "boy expression" on my face," Sonny said her voice suddenly getting high as she lied.
"Come on Sonny everyone knows when you're lying. Just tell me who it is," Chad demanded.
"It's complicated Chad. Why do you even care," Sonny asked trying to steer the conversation from herself.
"I never said I did. I just said I was curious as to why you had that particular expression on your face," Chad replied seeing through her trick.
"Well it's complicated. The guy, he's complicated," Sonny said with a sigh.
"Why Sonny? Did he hurt you? Because if he did I'll beat him to a bloody pulp," Chad said cracking his knuckles.
Sonny smiled at his antics and said, "Chad I don't want you to beat yourself up."
"What," Chad said confused.
"I said I don't want you to beat yourself up," Sonny said.
"Sonny Munroe to set," called the loud speaker.
"Seems like I have to go. I'll talk to you after the show. Remember don't beat yourself up for it," Sonny said getting up to leave.
After she was gone Chad murmured to himself, "What could that possibly mean? What could that-…..oh very clever Munroe but you are in for the best kiss of your lifetime when you get out of rehearsal."
Time Skip To After Rehearsal:
"Nice show Sonny," Chad said after Sonny cam out.
"It was alright. Did you get what I meant," Sonny asked.
"I guess and I would like to be the first to say that Ireallyreallylikeyouandwillyougooutwithme," Chad said quickly and nervously.
"Could you repeat that Chad and a little slower," Sonny said confused.
"I really really like you. Will you co out with me," Chad asked. In reply he was kissed senseless and then, after they broke for air, punched.
"Ow, what was that for," Chad said rubbing the spot where he had recently been hit.
"I said don't beat yourself up remember," Sonny said. "I never said I wouldn't. Especially when you've been so dense."
"I have not. I've liked you since you got here," Chad said blushing.
"Really Chad really?"
"Really Sonny really."
"Alright then Chad."
"Pick you up at eight."
"That would be lovely." And with that the two of them walked away smiling like idiots.
