Through the doors of Music Room #3 of the elite Ouran Academy, lies what is known as the Ouran Host Club. This club, founded by Tamaki Suoh, is a club where a group of elite male students of Ouran Academy who have too much time on their hands, entertain female students of Ouran Academy, who also have too much time on their hands.

The members include the prince type and leader, Tamaki Suoh, the cool type, Kyoya Ootori, the "Loli-shota" type, Mitsukuni Haninozuka, the strong and silent type, Takashi Morinozuka, the little devil types, Kaoru and Hikaru Hitachiin, and the "Natural Rookie", Haruhi Fujioka.

Through the dark doors in the music room, lies the Black Magic Club. Leader: 3rd year student, Umehito Nekozawa. Through his practices of "dark magic" and interactions with the Ouran Host Club, Nekozawa soon develops a dark secret…
