Cat napped in her bed on the Sky Patrol. She was a light-skinned human with brown hair and eyes, light blue T-shirt, blue jeans, and grey cybernetic cat ears, tail, and hands that ended with claws. She fought Eggman every time he tried to take over Mobius. But tomorrow was going to turn her life upsidedown.
Well, at least for a few days.
Dawn broke through Cat's window. She groaned, turning away. She felt different. She sighed, getting up out of her blankets. As she got up, she noticed the room was bigger, or was she smaller? She shrugged, walking out of the room. But not on two legs. On all fours. Odd. She thought. "Am I smaller? No wait, the Sky Patrol grew larger. No, no, that can't be right.". It took her a moment to make her move. "AHHH! WHAT'S GOING ON!?" she screeched. She had looked down at her hands, which were now pale sand-colored paws. She had fur all over.
She was now a cat.
Footsteps approached from behind. "Hello?" Amy called out. She spotted Cat on the floor. "Huh, how did a cat get in?". Amy was going to grab her, but Cat had other ideas. She darted beneath her, running towards the main room. The door opened, so she slipped in. All eyes were on her. She was grabbed by the scruff. "Alright, once we land, we're sending you back out." Amy informed her. Cat thrashed about, irritated. "Let me go! I'm not supposed to be an actual cat, for crying out loud! And this is hurting my neck. LET ME GO!" she hissed, furious. Amy dropped her, obviously shocked. The others had expressions of surprise and confusion. "Cat? Is that you?" Sonic asked.
Cat felt hot with embarrassment. "Uh... I can explain...".
