(PRE-STORY, ECLIPSE)
I stood there staring at Edward; he was jumping on Victoria's trying to claw at her throat. She turned around and threw Edward to the ground. She ran at me with a vicious look in her eyes. As I started to turn and run away she grabbed my arm and pulled with all her force, I heard a loud pop. I yelled out in pain and she smirked. I heard Edward scream my name, he was being held down by other vampires. "Your Edward took my James away from me, now I'm going to take you away from him" she said as she grabbed my throat. She threw me against a tree and I heard a loud crack and I fell to the forest floor. I put my hand on the back of my head and saw the red blood. Everything was slowly going dim, Edward screaming my name.

I stood in the forest and watched Edward walk-away, my body felt numb. How could he leave me, he told me he had loved me. Instead of lust for Edward I felt pure hatred and anger pulse through my entire body. I sank down to the ground, my legs aren't sturdy enough. I grabbed the moss that clung to the forest floor. I just laid there for what felt like an eternity analyzing ever moment me and Edward had shared. It was all a complete lie; he promised he'd never leave. Suddenly there was a sharp pain in the back of my head. It felt like someone had hit me in the head. I staggered to my feet and started walking, wobbly, to the edge of the forest. I lost my footing and fell; someone caught me before I hit the ground. I looked up and I hadn't been so happy to see someone in my life, it was Jacob Black. He put his lips to my forehead before he helped me up.
"Jacob, my head, its killing me" I gasped as I put my hand on the back of my head.
"Your okay bells" he grinned
I felt my eyes flutter, and then I fell into his arms.
