Blair and Nate have been through their ups and downs. Now they are newlyweds living on the Upper East Side. And this is were there story begins.
Nate wakes up to see his beautiful wife sleeping next him he it's the alarm and kisses his wife's neck she stirs in her sleep and opens her eyes to see Nate looking at her. Just when she's about to kiss him she gets up and runs to the bathroom.
Nate: Hey are you okay?
Blair washing her face and brushing her teeth. Yeah im fine.
She kisses him and picks out her outfit for the day, as does Nate. They have breakfast and sit on the couch watching the news before heading of to work.
Nate: Babe I really think you should go to the doctors.
Blair: I'm fine, probably too much to drink last night. But if it worries you I will see a doctor ok.
Nate: Thank you.
Blair: Your welcome.
She kisses him with so much passion as does he. They ended the kiss and snuggle up on the couch together. Before heading off to work.
Blair has her own fashion company called Gossip Girl and Nate has his own law firm. Blair is in her office when there is a knock on the door.
B: Come in?
Serena comes in with a concerenced look on her face.
S: What's up?
B: I need you come to the doctor with me.
S: Why?
B: I think I might be pregnant.
Serena face was priceless she runs up to her bff and hugs her Blair returns the Gesture.
B: So will you come?
S: Yes!
B: thank you.
S: anytime.
Blair and Serena are in the limo when Blair's phone goes off.
B: Its Nate. Hello?
N: Hey babe. How are you?
B: Good I'm going to the doctors with Serena.
N: Do you want me to come?
B: No I don't want you to leave work but I'll see you tonight love you.
N: Love you too.
They hang up.
Serena and Blair arrive at the doctor's office and sign in.
Nurse: Blair Archibald.
Blair gets up but Serena still sitting.
B: Will you come with me?
Serena smiles.
S: Sure.
They walk back together and Blair gets changed into a hospital gown and gets blood drawn from the nurse. The doctor comes in.
Doctor: Well congratulations your pregnant!
Blair smiles. Really?
Doctor's nods.
Doctor: Alright lay back and I will see how far along you are.
Blair lies down and sees her baby on the screen.
B: Wow!
Doctors it looks like your 2 months pregnant. Would you like to know the sex of your baby?
B: Of course.
Doctor: Your having a girl!
Blair screech's and smiles. Thank you so much doctor. She leaves the doctors office and her and Serena head to her place.
B: I can't believe I'm having a baby girl!
S: I'm so happy for you Blair!
B: Thank you Serena.
They hug and Serena leaves to be with her fiancé Dan. 40 minutes later Nate comes home.
N: Blair I'm home?
B: In the living room.
Nate sees her on the couch with a big smile on her face.
N: Why are you so happy?
B: Here.
She hands him an envelope with the songram in it. He opens it up and see's the songram.
N: Does this mean.
B: Im pregnant with a girl.
Nate smile and picks Blair up and spins her around and carries her to their bedroom. They make love! After that Nate puts his hand on the her bare belly and she puts her hand on top of his. They kiss.
N: I love you.
B: I love you too.
They fall asleep in each others arms dreaming about their new baby.
