Fourth day, second mage.

Boredom set in as the young pink-haired woman spun the basketball on her finger. Glancing towards her companion, she wondered if he could relieve her boredom.

"Hey, Daewoo."

"Yes, Floe?" replied the Black Mage, turning towards the White Mage.

"Up for a little one-on-one?" she asked with a smirk.

She watched as Daewoo look at the basketball before looking back at her.

"Does it have to be basketball? Can we play something else?"

Emerald green eyes narrowed at the bearer of the Earth Crystal. "What's wrong with basketball?"

"There're other sports out there," replied Daewoo with a deadpan tone. "We could play beach volleyball!"

"You just want to see me in a bikini."

"Your point?"

Floe threw the basketball she had at Daewoo, who was barely able to dodge the round orange bullet. She glared with intent to kill as she stalked closer to the quivering Black Mage. He had forgotten that she had a nasty temper when provoked.

Once she was right in front of him, she looked straight into his beady yellow eyes. "If you wish to keep living, I suggest you push all thoughts of me out of your mind. Am I clear?"

"C-Crystal."

"Good! Now let's go play some basketball!"

Floe headed off towards the court with a smirk as a terrified Daewoo followed close behind her.

In the novelization, Final Fantasy: Memory of Heroes, written by Umemura Takashi, the White Mage is given the name Floe and the Black Mage is named Daewoo. Since the two Mages from Mario Hoops 3-on-3 are technically nameless, I thought it would be best to give them those names.
