A Lasting Affair?

Young witches of the wizarding community, let it be known that the boy who lived, Harry Potter has finally settled down for good. This Saturday, our dashing, young, deviant hero has wed the cunning Ginevra Weasley, son of Molly and Arthur Weasley. A small, private ceremony was held at Ottery St. Catchpole in Devon, England, at the home of the young bride's family. What Potter lacks in family was made up for by the vast number of Weasley's attending, including brother of the bride and best friend of the groom, Ronald Weasley. Sources say that Ronald was mildly intoxicated during his toast, but nevertheless tasteful in his well wishings to the bride and groom. The decorations were simple and delicate and seemed to match the atmosphere of the ceremony perfectly, even this reporter was slightly moved. Ginevra wore a gown and tiara that has been in family for centuries and Mr. Potter was spotted wearing a watch that was left to him by his late godfather, Sirius Black. The couple looked timeless, Ginevra with her strikingly beautiful red hair and Mr. Potter still wearing the same glasses as always.

But straying away from the beauty of the ceremony, this reporter inquires more into the past of these two lovers and the controversy they attempt to hide. Although this relationship may have come about as organically as possible, keep in mind that Ginny Weasley is the sister of Harry Potter's best friend, Ronald. Was she perhaps only interested in the dashing Mr. Potter in order to garner more than just fame and fortune for herself, but additionally bring even greater renown to the Weasley name? Surely the recognition she and her brother gained from their aiding in the conquering of the Dark Lord was enough, but to top that would be to marry the most famous of modern wizards, Harry Potter. According to other sources, Ginny Weasley has been know to have quite the reputation at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and has been romantically involved with many young men more accomplished and well off than she appears.

But perhaps it is the wrong lover that we observe. Harry Potter as we well know is no innocent little boy, having also had a slew of admirers in his former years and a plethora of young women throwing themselves at him, one can only believe that someone exposed to that much temptation can only resist for so long. As well, it is always been rumor that there is something slightly more than friendship between him and the now Mrs. Hermione Granger-Weasley, the wife of Mr. Potter's best friend. Having now gained the rank of Auror in the Ministry of Magic, will it be possible for Potter to stay faithful as he travels around the globe on his fabulous adventures. In the last month alone, Potter was seen having tea with Cho Chang, a known ex of the Potter's from Hogwarts. What could he possibly be doing speaking with her? Possibly rekindling an old flame this reporter thinks. Will Harry Potter stay faithful, or will this marriage be short lived? One can only hope the best for this relationship despite the troubled past of the two lovers and be there for the inside scoop if it doesn't.
