Hello ^^ Err this is my first Adventure time story so I hope you like it. One shot!

"Arghh!" Ice Queen growled.

She was currently in another battle with Fionna and Cake. She had Prince Gumball wrapped up in her long, white hair. She tried to zap at Fionna again but she was too quick.

"Ice Queen, your going down!" Fionna cried and ran full speed at her.

"Oh yeah?" Ice Queen challenged and used her ice powers to freeze Fionna in her steps. Ice Queen laughed in victory. But what she didn't see was Cake sneaking behind her. She freed Prince Gumball and took his spot, forming in the shape of him.

"Looks like you couldn't save Prince Gumball this time!" Ice Queen said.

"I don't think so queeny!"

Ice Queen turned to see Cake in her hair, and Prince Gumball running toward Fionna.

"What…? What?!" Ice Queen said angrily.

"Aw sucks for you." Cake exclaimed and kicked off her tiara.

"My tiara!" Ice Queen cried.

Cake shrunk to the size of a strawberry and went to join Fionna and Prince Gumball.

"Not so tough now ice butt!" Fionna cried as she broke her ice ankle shield.

Ice Queen growled and picked up her tiara. "I'll get you for this you little brat! And you little cat too!" Ice Queen shouted before flying away.

She arrived to her castle in less than a minute. "I need to rest." She mumbled as she walked the ice ground to her bedroom. She noticed one of her penguins laying on the bed and growled. Ice Queen was already mad but now she was just about furious.

"Gunther! What did I say about laying on my bed!?" She yelled.

Gunther quickly jumped off her bed and looked at her in shock. Ice Queen was an angry person but this time she almost looked like she was steaming.

"Why must I have to always yell at you? To all of you penguins! What, do I need to write a list for you to follow? Oh wait. I forgot! You all can't read because your penguins! Penguins can read nether less fly! You should be able to follow directions at least, but I guess you can't do that either and-!" Ice Queen shouted before she stopped and noticed that Gunther was shaking. He was so terrified, he started crying.

"Gunther…? Gunther I'm so sorry!" Ice Queen cried and tried to hug him but he backed away from her. "Gunther please, I didn't mean to hurt you!" Ice Queen pleaded.

Gunther ran away, leaving her alone in her now empty room. Ice Queen was overcome with guilt. She dropped to the floor and started to sob uncontrollably.

"What purpose do I have in my life?" She cried. "Everyone hates me! How can I live life knowing that no one likes me? Not even my penguins!" Ice Queen cried again. She reached for her tiara and threw it across the room. "My life was perfect! I wasn't some blue skinned freak like I am now! I used to be somebody. I wanted to become an antiquarian and marry my fiancé Bert. He was my real prince…but I've become a crazy ice witch!"

Ice Queen felt weak but she didn't care. She was use to crying but this time, it was more serious than before. Ice Queen continued to weep until she felt a tug on her dress. She looked to see the Gunther she yelled at before, holding her tiara.

"Gunther?" She asked, wondering if her eyes were acting up again.

"Wack Wack." Gunther said.

Ice Queen put her tiara back on her head. "Gunther I'm sorry. I just go so mad about Fionna that I yelled at someone I cared about the most." Ice Queen said.

"Wack Wack." Gunther gave an understanding nod.

Ice Queen embraced him into a hug and noticed that the other penguins were standing around her. "I guess I just let the past get to me. Its about who you are now, not where you came from. I care about you all."

All her penguins huddled around her and she laughed.

"I may not like how like is now but I have a job and its to take care of all of you."

"Wack Wack." Gunther said.

"No Gunther…just call me mommy." Ice Queen said softly.
