Summary: They say that changing one action can change the course of the future. What if Hadras had succeeded in getting the heart to Davy Jones? What would Jack and the gang be willing to do to get it back?
A/N: The update schedule will probably be once a week or at the very least once every two weeks. Please review!
For those of you wondering who/ what Hadras looks like here is a picture.

Prologue

Hadras ran as fast as he could, the dense brush of the trees on Isla Cruses tapping his face. A coconut whipped past his fast, stunning him for a moment. Gathering his bearings he clutched his burden tighter and pressed on.

He could hear footsteps behind him, but they could not stop him now. He had reached the water and he had an advantage his foe did not. He waded into the water, and when it reached his shoulder he turned to face him.

Jack Sparrow. He imitated a smile, his teeth barred, but his mouth misshaped by the conch shell on his head.

He held the chest above his head, in a crude show of victory before he turned and immersed himself in water.

He pulled himself on board, and dropped his bundle to the deck.

"Where is it, you fool! Give it to me!" There he was, the captain of the Flying Dutchman. A man he was once, now disfigured by crab legs and slimy tentacles.

Wordlessly he handed it over, watching as the Davy Jones held it to his ear, a smile across his face as he listened to the soothing thump of his heart.

The crew remaining on the Dutchman shared a laugh, feeling the sun hit their faces as the Dutchman resurfaced.

Davy turned to the shore, smiling and hold the chest to him. "Victory," he said quietly.

Turning back to his crew he said, "Nothing can stop us now."
