The riddle
(Antonio POV)
I looked over at the other man, yes, I felt betrayed by the fact he was trying to kill me. 'Then kill him first' a dark voice whispered quietly in my ear. We were both trapped in a dangers game, all alone with our secrets and lies. Trapping each other with our sweet words 'come to bed with me' and 'you look lovely tonight' were lies spoken well. I quietly groaned looking at the boy next to me. "Lovi," I started I'd have to trust him at least for tonight, than I could kill him while he slept peacefully. I could image his honey eyes closed softly, gently breathing as he slowly died from the poison.
(Lovino POV)
I looked at the other "ya?" I asked. The man was a weird-wonder to me. He was a happy, kind idiot, nothing about him screamed killer. Well damn, I guessed every soul is a mystery. I'm now wondering about everything I had stood for, because now they didn't make cents anymore. He made my mask had fallen off when he had asked me to dine to night; now he has my true identity exposed. "How about you stay the night with me? Hmm?" his eyes danced in the moon light. 'Oh yes, I know what you're planning.' I thought slightly grinning like a cat. "Hmm I don't know, we barley know each other." I murmured knowing 'no' wasn't going to be an option; we would be together tonight we both know it. Hmm, well that's just fine easier for me to kill him now. But I'll have to trust him for the night.
(Normal pov)
As the two when to Antonio's hotel room they both worked on their plains. Antonio pressed the—conveniently empty— elevator button to his room as they did so. The trip up was long thanks to the fact he was on the top floor. Lovino felt the other assassin's arms around his waist, pulling him close "you can trust me." he purred in his ear. 'Yes, trust you so you can turn around and kill me' the younger thought sarcastically. But, "Why wouldn't I?" was what he asked instead.
The two continued to being affectionate toads one another both knowing one of them had to die, someone had to burn. Both be damned if it was them. They were trapped together and they would fool each other in this world of who trusts who. 'Maybe, maybe just for the night I'll trust you.' both thought looking into each other's eyes as Antonio through Lovino onto his bed. "Can you trust me?" they both whispered in sink then smiled as Lovino pulled Antonio into a kiss. They both already know the answer.
'Wait and see.'
