"So the book says the fairies have healing powers, and-"
Dipper looks at me,
"Are you even listening to me Norman?"
"Uh-huh." I say.
I'm really not. It just feels so nice to cuddle in the attic of the Mystery Shack. He's enjoying reading the book, and I'm enjoying how warm he feels.
"Okay," he starts, "So the fairies can heal you when they use the power of li-"
We jump when we hear someone climbing up the latter.
I immediately move away.
Then I hear a familiar voice say "Hey guys!"
I jump.
"Whoa, don't worry, it's just me."
I look up to see Mabel, big brace smile.
"So," she says strutting up to us, "What're you two lovebirds doing? Making out?!"
"Maaabeel…" Dipper groans, "We weren't making out!"
"Whatever Dipping-sauce!" Mabel says ruffling his hat.
She sits in-between us.
"So, I have a surprise!" she says in a singsong voice.
"Wh-what is it?" I ask.
"MATCHING SWEATERS!"
She returns to the latter and leans down to pick up a box.
Then she opens it and pulls out two blue sweaters that say "WITH BOYFRIEND!".
"Oh no," Dipper face-palms, "This couldn't possibly get any worse."
"Don't speak now Broseph," she says.
Then she pulls out a pink sweater saying "DON'T MY BFF'S MAKE A CUTE COUPLE?"
"G-gee thanks Mabel." I say, "They're really, uh, great!"
"Well at least you like them Norman!" she says.
Then she starts to pout,
"But Dipper doesn't appreciate my hard work."
Then she sits in the corner.
"Mabel-" Dipper says.
Then he scoots up to her.
"We'll wear them, okay?"
"YAY!" she suddenly goes into her usually cheery state, "Let's do a fashion show for Waddles!"
