He couldn't explain anything. But he didn't have any other choice. Honestly, it was his last choice. And maybe it shouldn't have been. He should've gone there first. But he had always been stubborn. And prideful if he was truthful with himself. But everything was about to end. It couldn't get any worse than what was about to come.

It wasn't hard to find his best friend. Mick had always been a loud person not to mention the rest of the Legends. He'd been following Mick for a while now. He was stalling. He wasn't sure how to even begin this conversation. He almost went back a few times, but he couldn't back out now.

Mick suddenly darted behind a corner. He was already far ahead, so Leonard hurried after him. He wasn't going to lose Mick after all this tracking. Or stalking. It depended how you looked at it.

Leonard rounded the corner and was taken aback when he didn't see Mick. Then he heard the Heat Gun power up behind. Shit. If things weren't already a mess…

"If you know what's best for you, you'd stop following me," Mick growled.

Leonard rolled his eyes and turned around. "Since when did you give warnings? You're not getting soft, are you?"

The rage that came across Mick's face was exactly what Leonard had predicted.

"You bastard!" Mick yelled and lunged towards Leonard, grabbing him roughly.

Leonard stiffened awaiting the inevitable punch in the face, but instead felt Mick's strong embrace. Leonard awkwardly stood for a moment in surprise before hugging his best friend back.

"I'm going to kill you," Mick promised.

"Yeah, I know."
