She's completely loony. But does that stop me from finding myself drawn to her? No. There's something about her. I can't exactly figure out what it is, but I know there's something.
It could be her silky blonde hair. It could be her pale, smooth, porcelain skin. Her startling grey eyes that always stare into the unknowing. Or maybe it's just her uniqueness. She's not like anyone else I know. She's different. I never even considered dating someone so different from myself.
I wonder what she thinks about half the time. How did she even get into Ravenclaw? If you ask me, she doesn't seem to be that smart.
She's a mystery just waiting to be solved. I wonder why no one talks to her. She's completely harmless. I wonder why no one tried to solve her puzzle.
Maybe she would let me have a chance. Maybe she won't. I wouldn't blame her either. My reputation around here isn't all that great due to the many mistakes I've made in the past.
I find myself around her a lot. Find myself watching her every move. She's quite graceful actually. Sometimes I kind of follow her. I'm not a stalker mind you. No one notices though because no one notices her except for me. And of course a select few like Potter and Chang.
One time I decided to talk to her and I found myself entranced. Her eyes tell their own story. The story of a girl lost at sea just trying to find a friend to bring her back to shore. A girl just trying to find her way. A way to adapt if no one comes.
I find each time I talk to her she has a different story. They always seem as though they were just dreams and not reality but you can never tell with Luna Lovegood. And that's why I like her. She's a mystery. And Merlin knows I like a good challenge.
