More police and FBI arrived at the restaurant just'd as Edward Cullen and John Smith were kicking over their table and with Jane were about to fire their own guns when they'd saw the group of police officers and FBI join together and in fact were going after the men that came down the rope '' I think on this one occassion a retreat would be better for us and let the officials take care of this , we have more pressing problems ,'' John told everybody and they agreed as they put their guns away . But as the FBI and the police captured the men Bella wanted too leave but ,John told them that in fact they probably needed to stay to give the police and FBI witness reports .
The truth was Bella wanted to know more about why they were interested in Carlisle and Esme . '' As soon as we leave we'll let you know more but not here too many ears around ,'' John told her as he put their'd guns away and grabbed their suitcases . As they were leaving the restaurant Bella had turn and thought she reconqize one of the men that came down the rope after the police took their masks off him .She'd didn't say nothing because she'd hoped she'd was wrong . But leaving with John and Jane the image of that face would be with Bella all day .At their house after they'd saying goodbye too both John and Jane , Edward asked Bella ,'' You ok ? '' he ask . '' Just thinking I'd reconqize one of those men back there .''
'' Who ? '' he asked her curious now . '' Not sure yet , maybe it was someone we knew coming after us that they knew where we were .'' she told him . '' Maybe maybe not we won't know right away . The police will tell us if they know more .''
'' I hope so that face looked a lot familiar to me like someone I know or knew .''
'' Well think of something else right now and sooner or later we'll know who it was . ''
'' I hope sooner then later .''
