Anyone who knows him knows Dean Winchester hates rats.
He's not SCARED of them, mind you.
He hates them.
Passionately.
So when the large rat-like creature hops upon his chest, Dean can be forgiven the whimper that worms up his throat. Bright black eyes peer into panicked green ones.
"D-don't suppose you'd like to u-untie me?" Dean mutters, struggling against the ropes the vampire has left him bound in.
Imagine his surprise at the animal's reaction. In a trice his bonds are in tatters and Dean is free.
"Um… thanks?"
A bright yellow tail wags happily.
"Pikachu!" says his rescuer.
