Subject: Love Is Infectious ! 1/?

I noticed that there hadn't been alot of Jo and Jack fan fics for a while and I noticed someone (Sorry, forgot who it was ! *g*) had written about wanting to see more Jo and Jack fics I finally battled through writers block and came up with this fan fic. Late morning at Mt. Thomas Police Station.
All the Heelers were at the station doing paper work except for Jack. He hadn't been feeling that well the day before and PJ suspected he had a bug.
"Ring ! Ring !" Tess answered the phone.
"Oh, hi Jack. Yep ... Yep, ok. Hold on." Tess put down the phone and went into Tom Croydon's office. She knocked on the door.
"Excuse me Boss." she said. Tom Croydon looked up from the open file on his desk.
"Yes Gallagher ?" He asked.
"It's Jack for you Boss." She replied.
"Ok." He got up out of his chair and walked out of his office to answer the phone. Tess followed him out. By now all the other Heelers were hudled around the boss wanting to know what was up with Jack.
"Yep. Oh, ok. Yeah, that's fine. Well, get some rest. Bye !" Tom Croydon put down the reciever.
"He allright Boss ?" Tess asked. "He didn't sound to well."
"Doc told him he's got the flu, so he'll be off tomorrow." Replyed Tom Croydon.
"I might go check on him later then." Said Jo. "He might need some company."
"Allright Jo." Tom Croydon replyed. "You can get the lunches while your there."
"Thanks Boss." Jo said with a smile on her face. She got her hat and raced out of the door.

Down at the Imperial.
"Hi Crhis." Ho said as she walked in and sat down at one of the stools.
"Hi Jo ! What are you doing here ?"
"Oh Jack called in sick this morning and I wanted to come and check on him." Jo replyed as she got up and walked upstairs towards Jack's room.
She knocked on the door and Jack opened the door. He was a bit dazed and looked like he had just got out of bed. He had a straight tired look on his face until he saw it was Jo. He smiled and Jo walked into his arms they both smiled at each other.
Jo tried to kiss him but Jack stopped her, both of them grinning at each other. "You know you can't kiss me, I'm infectious." Jack said saracastically.
"I doesn't matter I'm already in love with you." Jo Said.
"I know." Jack replyed with a grin on his face before them both embracing in one another with a kiss that seemed to go on for hours.
"I love you." Jo said smiling up at Jack.
"I love you to Miss Parish." Jack said as they Jo fell into Jack's arms.
