Oh and I don't own Doctor Who.

Jenny was more than content running around the universe, trouble seemed to find her but she didn't mind, she loved the running. She made the mistake of being chased straight into an unknown shuttle, she quickly managed to close the doors and take off, barely making it into hyperspace before falling through a rift. The shuttle wasn't in the best of conditions to begin with so being in the rift nearly ripped it apart. Jenny felt like she was falling at a great speed until it stopped suddenly and the shuttle was ripped apart, taking most of the damage but not sparing the occupant.

"Jack, I got something!" Mickey called, looking down at the blonde woman in the wreckage of the ship. She was covered in deep cuts and dust from the shuttle which made her blood stained skin look even more prominent.

"She's human." Mickey said, almost shocked.

"Looks human, big difference." Jack replied, lifting the blonde from the wreckage and carrying her into the medical bay of the hub.

"Martha! Mickey, go and find Gwen." Jack shouted.

"Yeah?" Martha called.

"Shuttle crashed outside the hub, one casualty." Jack informed as he lay Jenny down on the cold metal table. Martha jogged to the medical bay from her desk and rushed down the steps.

"Oh my god." Martha whispered, checking for two heart beats but only finding one.

"Jenny, wake up, it's Martha, Jenny!" she begged. Jenny grabbed hold of Martha's hand as her eyes opened slowly as if they were made of lead.

"I'm regenerating." Jenny said, using all of her remaining strength. Martha let go of her hand and stepped backwards, pulling Jack and Mickey with her.

"Is that what I think it is?" Jack asked as Jenny's body erupted with golden energy. Martha didn't answer, she just stared at Jenny waiting for the regeneration to stop. When the golden light finally faded the blonde was gone and left an auburn haired teenager in her place, still covered in dust and blood but there was no physical damage at all. Jack couldn't help but stare at her beauty but was shocked to realise that she was a Timelord since the Doctor was supposed to be the last of his species.

"Is she…?" Jack asked.

"She's his daughter. She was shot and we didn't think she was going to regenerate. He thinks she's dead." Martha replied as she checked Jenny's vitals quickly, making sure that she was okay, not like she had specialised in Timelord biology at medical school.

Jenny had been at TORCHWOOD for three days before she put herself into mortal danger. He could take care of his team, he knew them better than anyone else. Mickey would step back and analyse a situation, Gwen would take no prisoners and Martha would just try to help everybody she could. He didn't know anything about Jenny other than that she was the Doctor's daughter and that terrified him, if she got hurt on his watch then he had no doubt that the Doctor would throw him into a supernova.

"Jenny, you're going to Ealing." Jack said.

"Why? What did I do?" Jenny asked.

"You didn't do anything, Jack's, we're all concerned that you'll get hurt." Gwen replied.

"I don't know anyone else on earth apart from TORCHWOOD."

"You're going to live with Sarah Jane Smith, she used to travel with the Doctor." Jack explained.

"She used to travel with my dad?" Jenny asked, suddenly excited at the prospect of being able to find out more about her father than what Martha, Jack and Mickey had told her. Jack nodded and smiled, knowing that Jenny would now be completely happy to go to Ealing with Sarah Jane.

So what do you think, shall I carry on?
