Death Note: Alternet Alternet ending

In alternet endings Light has Mikami bring the fake notebook after Takada dies in the fire. This would still lead near to having the real one in his posetion and being able to check a possibility since kira did see his name and face.

Near looked at the names written in the fake death note.

"Mr. Aizawa your name is not written here care to explain?"

"I am not kira I had no idea about the fakes" said Aizawa.

"I do believe you" said near "here is the real notebook, shinigami who is kira?"

"you'll need to find out by yourself" said Ruyk. "very well but how was he able to know my real name?" said near. "Oh, that the shinigami eyes let you see a person's real name and lifespan if they aren't in posetion of a death note" said Ryuk. "So someone with the eyes will be able to find the real kira?" said near. "Yeah, but the cost of the eyes is half the person's lifespan"

"That's how Soichiro was able to detirmine that Light was not kira" said Matsuda.

"Shinigami give me the eyes." said Near. Ryuk laughed and gave near the eyes.

"I can see the names and lifespans of everyone except Mikami and Light. Meaning that Light didn't own a death note at the time soichiro saw him. Since we know Mikami is in posetion of a death note we know both are kira." said near. "So it's settled Light is kira."

"Yeah, sorry about that but you weren't going to find out for free" said Ruyk.

And then the story went the same as before where Light tried to escape and Matsuda shot Light after he tried to use his watch with the death note piece. And Ruyk writes down Light's name.
