Rather she knew it or not, she was the glue that held them all together. She would go to any lengths to make them smile, but whine when something didn't go her way. Who was she? Yuiki Yaya.
With her hair tied up in silky red ribbons, she began to ponder about herself. She was the baby of the Guardians, older sister of Tsubasa, and a role model for many students. It still left her curious about why her friends liked her so much.
Pepe, her Guardian Character, danced around the white table, snacking at chocolate cookies and sweet tea. Yaya glanced at Amu, with shoulder length pink hair, "Why does Amu-chii like Yaya?" Amu choked on her drink, "W-what!?" "Why do you like Yaya?" She repeated, with a tone of annoyance.
"Well, your bubbly. I can always count on you to cheer me up when I'm down, like the time my mama got into that reck and went into a coma. You let me spend the night, treated me like family, and helped me back on my feet. Or when Ami got sick, you came over to help me watch her even though you could have stayed home." Amu smiled, remembering about her past experiences with her 'little sister'.
Yaya nodded in approval, switching her eyes to Rima. Rima looked up, her wavy blonde hair bouncing on her back, catching Yaya's eye. "What?" She hissed. "Why does Rima-tan like Yaya?" Rima shook her head, sighing silently she thought about the question.
"You understand me. You can tell when I'm upset about something, and do your best to fix whatever it is. Remember my gag manga that got burnt by some mean girls? You took the money you worked for and bought me a new one. It was really kind of you, I suppose I should get you a treat sometime." Amu noticed a faint blush on Rima's tiny cheeks, as did Yaya.
When Yaya found her way to Nagihiko, he already knew what to say. "I think you have a cute attitude, like a baby but a big sister too. You switch from an innocent child to a serious girl every once in a while, and you know when you have to do as your told. Although, you usually whine about it first." He chuckled lightly, as his violet hair swished around.
Tadase blinked, knowing they wanted an answer from him. "When I think of you, Yaya, I think of a little girl with a big heart. Your smile, care free eyes, they just seem to make everyone happy. You can even manage to make Rima laugh at things you say, and no one can do that!" They all laughed, just as Kukai entered.
"What'cha laughin' at?" He smiled at all of them, proceeding to mess up Rima's hair. "Tadase said something funny, why do you like Yaya?" Yaya asked him, staring oddly.
"Etto, there are a lot of things to like about you Yaya. Your a candy loving kid, hyper, sweet, just like a little sister. I guess, in a way, everyone looks up to you for support. That's what make you, you."
Tsukasa grinned thoughtfully at the children, who finally noticed his presence. "The spirit that binds you?"
"Yeah. The spirit that binds us."
Crazy-
Hey~! I thought of this when I was in the car listening to, "Don't Rain On My Parade" It instantly reminded me of Yaya. Then I started thinking about how Yaya is so young, why are the Guardians friends with her?
