AN: I have been on this site for years and just now am working up the courage to actually publish a story. I wrote this years ago, so it might be really bad. I thought it was cute though.
Random Thoughts in Media Immersion
As Mr. Simpson talked on and on about making a persuasive advertisement, J.T. swiveled his head until he found Liberty van Zandt. She was currently taking careful notes on the lesson, even though Emma's head was resting on her shoulder, talking a mile-a-minute about Manny's slutty ways. Emma wanted a second opinion on her best friend's rendezvous. Liberty probably wasn't the best person to ask as she did not really like Manny. Plus, she didn't talk in class if the teacher was talking. But today she surprised him as she turned her head and whispered with Emma. Her glossy brown hair twirled, glimmering in the light. Her soft, smooth mocha skin looked especially bright today. As the years went on, she had dressed less conservatively. Her dark jeans accentuated her curves, as did her white shirt and half-length sweater. As he was staring, Emma noticed. She leaned forward and whispered this to Liberty. As her cheeks tinged lightly pink, J.T. wondered what Emma had said to her. Her head turned and both girls looked at him, but he didn't notice. He was entranced by Liberty's sparkling eyes and the smile gracing her full, red lips. Suddenly he realized that he could see her eyes because she was looking right at him. He quickly turned away, blushing bright red. Emma and Liberty both giggled full-force, deepening his blush.
