Bella. My Bella. She looked do fragile in her state. I wished I could rid her of the pain I caused her. The pain that was growing. The pain that she loved.
How could she? I understand not wanting to lose a human kid, yes, but why would she choose to keep this…thing like it deserved a life while it was slowly taking hers away?
Rosalie hovers over it and I know Jacob is right. She doesn't necessarily care that Bella is withering because of her actions. The only thing keeping Rosalie near Bella now is that thing. It's sickening, and I would love to bring her pain for thinking that way, but Bella would rather stay with someone that understands, if only a little.
I begged Jacob to comply with my wishes. She wants a baby, fine. But this would not be considered a baby as long as it was killing Bella. I waited to long for her to come, for me to see that life is right when she's with me.
I've waited a century! And she is taken away from me in just a matter of days! This isn't supposed to happen! Humans are not supposed to carry a vampire's baby. They aren't strong enough. This thing has broken and bruised her and it's growing by the day. Sam is right. We don't even know if this thing is dangerous. Bella won't let go. She immediately refused when that option was presented. She doesn't want to lose it.
I guess if it makes her happy, and she feels she can make it through without leaving me, I wouldn't force her. I would like her to see some sense, but it would be a poor wish. Since when does Bella ever see sense? She married a vampire, and has a werewolf for a best friend. She has no sense.
I would have to change her. Soon. Before this thing will drain her completely.
