Told by Fang, I don't own any of the DBZ peeps, I DO own Fang, Kayla, and Sam.

Fang

'I need to get out of here. Before I get killed!'

Behind me, I heard dogs, well more like wolves, in hot pursuit of me. I'm only thirteen years old. But still, I can't survive if I get mauled by one or more of them. A man with onyx black hair that was sticking out in a flame like position, was lying under a tree, I wanted to stop, but I couldn't stop my feet from running. I had gotten my foot stuck in an uprooted tree and was dog-piled. (Heehee, get it? Cause they're... Nevermind) of course I was obviously mauled, and was on the verge of death when I heard the yelps of the wolf pack. Had I been saved? Or had I just gotten lucky? After that, I blacked out. I thought I had died. Well I'm not really sure yet, everything's a blur to me.

"Father! She's waking up!"

I flinched at the yell from I suppose a young, in his early twenties, guy. Then the one I sighted in the forest on my run for my life, stepped in.

"Your very fortunate that I did what I did."

I sat there silently. I didn't know this stranger. Whether he was friendly or if he'd just saved me for his own purpose.

"Would you like some water?"

Again, I say there as quiet as a mouse, not saying a peep.

"Let's leave her be Trunks. She needs to rest."

The younger one nodded and the two left the room. I took it as a chance to get the (insert swear word of choice here) out of there. Just sitting up was torture, but I had to leave. So, fighting the pain, I broke a window and jumped out of it, hoping to starts flying once I did jump, but no. Instead I had just caused more damage to my body. Hearing the 'crack' of my ribs didn't sound like something I'd want to do again. I had just enough energy and guts to run into the woods, where I had been attacked, and most likely to be again. I managed to get to a cave and crash there.

"I. Don't need. Anyone's. Help."

I stayed there until I was almost fully healed. My arm, leg and tail still hurt, my arm was broken, completely. Though I'll live through it.

When's the last time I ate? Where was I? These are two of the many questions racing through my mind. I had stuck to the forest, only going to the city to 'steal' only what I had needed. I had only been caught once, and that was yesterday. I was put in a foster home or whatever it was called. But I wouldn't be staying long.
