Harry was preparing to face Lord Voldemort for what would most likely be the last time. He was at Hogwarts, where he, Ron, Hermione, and what was left of the Order had lured him.
"Almost time," he said to himself, stopping his pacing and coming to a stop at the front of the school.
Suddenly, Sirius Black jumped out from behind a nearby tree and shouted, "HEY, HARRY! SURPRISE!"
Harry, taken completely by surprise by the sight of his deceased godfather, had a heart attack and keeled over right then and there.
Sirius, not noticing that Harry had just died, continued speaking. "You see, I wasn't really dead— I was just pretending! Isn't that hilarious?"
He then came up beside Harry, checked his pulse, and said, "Hmm, I probably shouldn't've shouted at you."
