The bone daddy cries
He cannot find his one true love
He searches all of Halloween town
But sally is nowhere to be found
ONE HOUR EARLIER…..
She sits high above the city
In her lonely tower of despair
Crying and wondering where is Jack
And why is he not there
Standing on the ground
Underneath her window
Saying I love you sally rag doll and
One day will rescue you from your lofty lair and
Give you everything with love and tender care
She jumps out her window looking for her love
She runs through the town
But no one is about
Whispering softly his name
But no voice cries out.
Not knowing what to do
She runs to the woods
The night sky growing darker
As the trees grow thicker.
She drops to the ground
Her eyes full of tears
He doesn't love me after all she thinks
Every night under my window was full of lies
She cannot take the pain and heartache inside
With that Sally Rag Doll lays down and dies.
MEANWHILE BACK IN TOWN…..
There he stands on the ground
Beneath the highest window
My darling sally my love he whispers
I'm sorry I am late
But the mayor stopped me
To discuss this towns fate
You if I don't find a wife
To help me control the town….
Sally my dear are you even there.
Jack worries that she is not up there
He climbs the wall and stops and stares
The room is empty and so cold inside
Where is sally and why would she hide
He runs the streets of Halloween town
Calling her name but getting no answer
I saw her go to the woods a voice tells jack
He runs to the woods
Fearful of what he might find
What if she's hurt
What if she died
He sees her laying there in the distance
He rushes to her side
His worst fear has come true
Sally has died
Tears fall from his eyes
Apologies from his lips
I'm sorry my dear doll
I'm sorry I was late
I wanted to ask an important question tonight
But you weren't there and now I cannot
You see I am the Bone Daddy

Not for the sake of the town but

His tears fall onto Sally's face
And with these words a miracle takes place
Jack jumps back as Sally wakes up
Alive and happy
For she is in love
