"Happy Halloween, Akihiro!" Lafter greeted Akihiro cheerily.
Akihiro looked at Lafter in confusion. "What's Halloween?"
"Halloween is when people put up scary decorations and hand out candy to trick-or-treaters, people who knock on their doors." Lafter quickly explained as she moved to sit next to him. "Wanna come with us? We're taking the younger kids in Tekkadan out trick or treating."
Akihiro looked at her and nodded. "Sure."
"Great! We've got a costume for you already," she said as she walked out.
...Why do I need a costume? he wondered.
Hopefully she won't give me a white beard again.
