Harry Potter had grown up fairly nicely. He stood tall, not as tall as Ron, yet still taller than Hermione, as it had always been. His hair was as messy as ever, jet black and uncontrollable. His eyes were stunning green behind his large round glasses.
Ron stood to his right, his red hair grown rather long, resting on his bony shoulders. He still had the freckles that he'd had six years earlier when the three met on the Hogwarts Express.
Hermione's hair was not nearly as bushy as it had been when she was eleven. It fell past her shoulders, only slightly longer than Ron's. Her brown eyes were gazing upon Harry, who stared down the street, hopeful and determined.
"Here we are," Hermione said. "After a whole month, we're finally here."
Ron nodded. "Yeah," he turned to Harry. "Is it anything like you thought it'd be?"
Harry cocked his head a bit and said, "I don't know." He turned to Ron. "I'm not sure what I thought of it, exactly, now that I'm actually here."
Harry turned his eyes back toward the end of the deserted street. The full moon shone brightly through the wisps of clouds. He wasn't sure, but he thought he'd heard Remus Lupin howling into the night.
After a few minutes, Hermione broke the silence. "Well, now what?"
Harry shrugged. "I guess we go find my house."
"How are we going to do that?" Ron questioned. "It took us this long to get here, how are we supposed to know which house is yours?"
"I got the address from Pettigrew," Harry replied.
"But how...?" Hermione began.
Harry shook his head. "I really have no idea. I found him in Hogsmeade a few weeks ago, and forced it out of him. I reckon it's still here." Harry held up a small, folded piece of paper.
They started down the dirt road, looking at the houses on either side of them. No one seemed to find it strange for three seventeen-year-old wizards to be walking down the street just after dusk, but, Harry figured, they didn't know they were wizards. They had dressed in Muggle clothes and stuck their wands in their jeans pockets, hidden by slightly oversized sweatshirts.
Harry opened the paper a half-dozen houses down, Hermione and Ron pearing over his shoulder to see what it told them.
James, Lily and Harry Potter reside at 18 Blitzkreig Avenue in Godric's Hollow.
