Prologue
Thomas couldn't believe his eyes. He read the letter to himself one more time:
"Thomas,
I am glad to have finally found you. I am the Guildmaster. If you do not already know who I am, you will learn very soon. On the other side of this letter, there is a map. It reveals the location of an ancient academy called the Hero's Guild. You must travel to the location marked on the map, dig hard, and dig fast. You will need help, and you will have it. There will be others waiting for you upon your arrival. You must hurry.

He did know who the Guildmaster was. He was the master of the hero's guild. The Hero's Guild was an ancient training area for warriors known as Heros. He had read about it in a book that was passed down through his family. It spoke of an ancient bloodline and of the powers that those in the bloodline held. Thomas knew what he must do. He had to find the Guild.
