Toretto and O'Connor committed a 100 million dollar heist in RIO 4 years ago with a team of 10 or 11 members nobody knows for sure - Annie
So 100 million divided by 10 or 11 is roughly 10 million each. Why would they feel they need to steal more money again? That could last them for the rest of their lives - Luke

Luke run all now associates with both Toretto and O'Connor and also Toretto's Sister Mia Toretto because she was on the wanted list 4 years ago. - Annie
