This is the story of regular citizen living in Dressrosa during the battle between Luffy and Doflamingo. This is a story told from their perspective. It's just a short story idea I had, after I watched that episode. I hope you like it!
Remember in One Piece when Luffy was fighting Doflamingo? Luffy pretty much destroyed half the city when he used his King Kong gun to defeat Doflamingo.. Now imagine if you were a regular civilian living in that town.
Your hiding in your basement during this fight. You see big flashes of lightning outside, and you hear loud noises coming from the sky. Hurricane like winds are rattling your house. People are screaming. Then suddenly, booooom! Doflamingo crashes into the earth, and your house goes flying hundreds of miles into the sky.
Your house is vertical, and the land itself has turned sideways. You go crashing into your basement wall barely able to move. Then you look out your basement window, and see the tilted earth. Your miles in the sky, and your house is barely hanging on.
The earth is rattling as it sinks back into the ground like a sinking ship. You hold on for dear life, and you think to yourself. Was this all worth it? Maybe we were better off with Doflamingo. He wasn't so bad. He brought wealth, and prosperity to this county.. Damn pirates. How will we rebuild this country. How will I get down from here?..
Hours later, after the ground stops shaking, you climb out of your basement, and look around. Your house is still miles in the air, sitting on a destroyed piece of land. Most of your neighbors are dead.. Corpses litter the ground around you.. Occasional rubble rolls down the hill, past your house.. You look around at the destroyed houses, and you look down at the destroyed city below. Then you wait for help to arrive..
After 2 days, the Navy, eventually climbs up to you, using climbing gear, and they help you climb down. You bring a small bag of keep sakes with you, and you slowly make your way down. The Navy gives you medical help, and they give you a few rations, then they send you off.
Now you must begin a new life. You must build a new house, and start a new buisness.. Probably a construction buisness to help with the massive clean up.. This Is the life of a civilian in Dressrosa after the great fall of Doflamingo.. RIP fellow citizens who died in this battle.. At least Luffy saved you from the being cut up by Doflamingos string cage.. The End!
