Hi everyone, I'm a long time reader. First time writer. Well that's not true. I've written before but I never think my work is good enough. But today its all changed. I do most of my writing at work. Yeah I know "Shouldn't you be working?" WHAT! As long as the work gets done it shouldn't matter. :p Anyways, the following is a little something I started but never went further. After reading it though I found that I quite like it. I decade this to dragonprincess1988. Because it was her Joker Log's that inspired this.
With a grandiose slide of grin
No longer can his smile brighten anyone's day.
Instead it instills a terror that perpetuates our rogue killer.
Feeding on those desires that societies shuns.
Enter our antagonist,
Or really the protagonist in this case.
With a frightful bleak look in his soulless green eyes.
Only he can find the humor under the layers upon layers
of listless cold inanimate remains.
I know its not much. And its sounds like a great beginning. Ill work on this some more tomorrow. Even though I don't know where this is going. I decided better to post this then nothing at all. Weather I continue it or not, here it is. My first piece of work for the public. Please feel free it criticize it.
