Hi! This story is about a girl called Merran who transfers to Dauntless from Amity!

Merran:
I woke up to hear mum and my brother wandering around outside. What the... Its usual for them to be up this early, but with all three of us leaving or staying, she probably had to talk to one of us... And it looks like my brother, Aaron, got chosen. Sitting up, I pull on a red pair of trousers and a yellow and red top. Just then my sister, Kira, walks in interrupting my train of thoughts. Now let's just say she told me her test results and they were Abnegation. Mine was Divergent... Amity, Dauntless and Erudite. I ruled out Erudite straight away so now I am a nervous wreck choosing between Amity and Dauntless...
Aaron kisses me on the cheek as his name was called out in the choosing ceremony and he walks down confidently. I bite my lip while praying he will choose Amity for mum's sake. (He's mums favourite.) As he cuts his wrist he puts it over the Erudite bowl and tears come to my eyes. Why? Erudite! But there's no time to cry as my name is called out. I take the knife from one of the leaders and wince as I slice my hand. I quickly put my hand over the dauntless bowl, which is full of coals and I hear my blood sizzling on the hot coals. I am brave.
