Disclaimers: I do not own Achilles or Thetis.
A/N: This isn't one of my best fics, but I chose to put it up. Review, if you wish!
Cry
When my son died, I did not cry. I cried for him when he was wronged by King Agamemnon. I cried for him when he decided to leave for war; to leave for Troy.
Oh, Achilles! You found glory in your death. You've succeeded in securing your place in history. The world will never forget you, my child.
You are a lion. You are a prince. You are a demigod.
Achilles, my sweet boy, you will be remembered.
Even now, after ten years, I do not cry. I take comfort in your friend Odysseus, for you spoke to him in Hades. I take comfort at the thought of your son.
I do not cry for you found peace.
Oh, Achilles! My son, you are free!
No, I will not cry for thee.
