Hey, so this is my first fan fiction and I'm rather new to it so any advice would be a great help! I hope you enjoy it, and please review.
"Just shut up and leave me alone!" I screamed slamming my door shut with a loud thud as my body trembled with sobs. I sunk to the ground quivering, tears streaming down my face, it's always the same, one argument after the other over the smallest things. Obviously all the arguments are my fault. Bella answered back, Bella didn't do her job properly, Bella used a snarky tone, the list goes on, I can't even breath without doing something wrong. This time was because I shouted down the stairs. Yes a 20 minute long argument about me shouting down stairs, and big red hand mark on my face as a souvenir.
Sighing I stood up on shaking legs, stop wallowing in your own misery, its not going to fix anything, my subconscious growled at me. I slowly made my way downstairs. Glass littered the floor and the smell of alcohol lingered. Silently I slipped out the house and scurried down the street before my parents could notice my absence. Like they would care anyway.
I plugged in my head phones and turned my music up to its full volume as I made my way down the dimly lit streets. Only then I realised I had no-where to go. I didn't exactly have friends at school, well not anymore. I used to until Lauren- the school bitch and now my worst enemy- decided that I was to 'lame' to be friends with her anymore, and the rest of my class. Not that I cared, to be honest I always preferred to hide away from society. At least it meant I didn't have to involve myself in the stupidity of cliché high school life.
I actually found it rather funny the amount of rumours she spread, and it was even more hilarious how people believed them. Lost in my thoughts I found myself colliding with a lamp post and falling straight on my ass. Shocked and slightly startled I looked around rubbing my forehead, ouch that was going to leave a nasty mark.
Looking up at the sky I realised it was already dark and I should head home. Great be prepared for more shouting and screaming. Slowly I made my way back, shivering in the cold air and harsh wind. Before I knew it I was stood at my door. Taking a deep breath I turned the handle and walked in. Instantly I was met with the smell of alcohol and rotten food, scrunching up my nose I made my way through the rubbish littering the floor.
Time to face the harpies known as my mother and father. My hand gripped the living room door handle. Taking a deep breath I slowly turned it, preparing for their wrath. However the sight before me when I swung the door open was very much different from the one I imagined.
